I consider myself to be someone who is regularly plagued with carefully hidden fears, which have often prevented me from either speaking up, reaching out to connect with certain people, or going after something I really wanted. In some cases, fear has pushed me into things I had no desire to be involved in. That feeling is not completely gone.

I often wished that I would one day find the antidote to my fears in a book, a programme, or in the speech of a revered individual, that would wipe those fears away and give me my sustained confidence. Well… that never really happened. Once, I asked someone who I felt was very brave to share the secret of their bravery with me, they did!
